Sandi Crosby served as Event Co-Chair of Imperial Beach's beloved annual Sun & Sea Festival — one of San Diego County's most treasured traditions dating back to 1981. Sandi helped revive and energize the event, bringing new volunteer energy to carry on Imperial Beach's iconic sandcastle legacy at Portwood Pier Plaza.
